QkFeedback.com – 1st unified artificial intelligence-based feedback platform by CREZARE, has added another feather to its crown, by winning “SKY Hackathon 2018” organized by Chhattisgarh Government. State Government conducted the hackathon and invited solutions for ‘Proactive Governance’, so public and authorities can communicate with each other in a simple and digital way. Qkfeedback proved to be a perfect platform and it’s LIVE with plug n play mode. This award was given by Hon’ble Cabinet Minister of Chhattisgarh (Commerce & Industries), Shri Amar Agarwal in presence of Hon’ble Joint Secretary (Electronics & IT) Shri Alex Paul Menon along with other senior Government officials on 27th August 2018 at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
CREZARE developed this unified feedback platform after a lot of research, multiple case studies, architectural diagrams etc. and utilized their collective 30+ years of multi domain industry experience. This platform allows users, Government/ service providers to connect for their daily issues such as garbage, water, road, feedback, surveys as well as do 2-way communication for related issue. The simplicity and working methodology of this platform has been recognized by Haryana Government and IAMAI also.
